In order to find out which contact has submitted the particular form, go to form, press on Results tab, then on “Configure fields” and add column “Author”.
Important! It is possible to see the author of the form only in case if the link to the form has been send to the member of the Contact list. If the form or link to the form has been published in web page, it is possible to find out only submitter IP address.
